Math Notebook Rules

As classwork is the 10% of your grade, neatness and complete work are essential. So, I will always check that you have the following information in your notebook

Heading:

Complete Name:__________________________ List Number:________
Date:__________________________________ 7th_______________

Number and Name of Lesson.
Name of Activities and instructions.
Number each problem.
Write a digit in each square.
Leave enough space in between problems.
Use black or blue pen to write words, and pencil to write numbers.
You must always show complete procedure.
